1. About us
This online store (CalmiPet) is operated by Tore Commerce, Kruisweg 965, 2132 CD Hoofddorp, Netherlands (VAT NL005486128B55) ("we", "us", "our"). By visiting our store or buying from us, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our store.
2. Our products
CalmiPet products are comfort accessories for pets. They are designed to help reduce the impact of loud noises and to provide gentle, calming pressure, but every dog is different and we cannot guarantee a specific result. They are not medical devices and are not intended to diagnose, treat or cure any condition. Always supervise your pet when using our products, follow the size guide, and remove the product if your pet shows signs of discomfort. If your pet suffers from severe anxiety, please talk to your veterinarian.
We make every effort to show product colors, images and descriptions accurately, but colors may vary slightly depending on your screen.
3. Orders and prices
All prices are shown in your local currency and include everything we charge, including free shipping to the countries we serve. We may change prices at any time, but changes won't affect orders already confirmed. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, for example in case of a pricing error, suspected fraud or if a product is unavailable. If we cancel an order you've paid for, we'll refund you in full.
4. Payment
Payments are processed securely by our payment providers. By placing an order, you confirm that you are authorised to use the chosen payment method.
5. Shipping, returns and refunds
Shipping and returns are covered by our Shipping policy and our Refund policy (30-Day Calm Guarantee), which form part of these terms.
6. Consumer rights
Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law, the consumer protection laws of your country or any other law that cannot be excluded by contract.
7. Use of our store
You agree not to misuse our store, including attempting to gain unauthorised access, interfering with its operation or using it for any unlawful purpose. All content on this store, including text, images, logos and designs, belongs to us or our licensors and may not be copied without permission.
8. Reviews and feedback
If you send us reviews, photos or feedback, you allow us to use them on our store and social media to show other customers your experience. We will never share your full name or contact details without your permission.
9. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from the use of our store or products. Where our liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the price you paid for the product concerned, except where the law says otherwise.
10. Privacy
Your personal information is handled in line with our Privacy policy.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands, without affecting any mandatory consumer protection rights you have under the laws of the country where you live.
